2) Distinguishing and roughening of hot pot material.
3) Fatsoluble and variety of hot pot flavoring.
4) Hot pot: technical treatment of dry hot, unclear soup, stained and fatness,ect.
5) Making and abstraction of used oil.
6) Making and treatment of hot pot dishes.
7) Heating experience of hot pot dishes.

10) Flavor dish, mixing proportion and method of making.
11)Pickled vegetable making.
12)Snack making.
