Training

1 . Flavoring worker

  1. Purpose: be proficient in flavoring worker completely. Select and deliver main technical backbone for General Ba Hot Pot.
  2. Training method: field teaching, teaching, exhibition, practice, test, complete acquaintance.
  3. Training contents:

1) History and actuality of hot pot.

2) Distinguishing and roughening of hot pot material.

3) Fatsoluble and variety of hot pot flavoring.

4) Hot pot: technical treatment of dry hot, unclear soup, stained and fatness,ect.

5) Making and abstraction of used oil.

6) Making and treatment of hot pot dishes.

7) Heating experience of hot pot dishes.

8) Adding

9) Hot pot making

10) Flavor dish, mixing proportion and method of making.

11)Pickled vegetable making.

12)Snack making.

4. Graduate allocation: through written test, we select the best to direct controlled restaurant with profound allowance. (1000-1500/M)

2. Recruitment

Present positions:

1. Preparation manager of running division: not limited sex, below 35 years old, associate degree and above, be familiar with hot pot franchise business,management and be good at communication, hot pot franchise supervision work first.

2. Manager of business division: not limited sex, below 35 years old, associate degree and above, be familiar with decoration, experience on hot pot restaurant management, establishment of hot pot restaurant. Be able to design and supervision of franchise restaurant.

3. Financing supervisor: senior accountant, CPA, be familiar with financing management work.

4. Layout chief: major in marketing, be familiar with franchise business, experience on restaurant and practice.

5 . Designer and construction: restaurant, CAD, be familiar with decorative material, field construction.

6 . Accountant: 28 years old and above, associate accountant and above degree, practice experience on restaurant.

7. Waiter: female, 17-25 years old, high school degree, 1.60M stature, good-looking appearance, strong expression ability.

In order to support direct controlled restaurant and franchise restaurant, we offer the following positions for long period.


Executive manager, Lobby manager, gaffer, chief cook, flavoring worker, snack cook, cutting ganger, waiter.
